Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Dudhwa National Park
Your fun journey starts when you reach your pre-booked hotel or resort. Enjoy a welcome drink as soon as you arrive. Take some time to rest, have a tasty lunch, and then explore on your own. Visit the Dudhwa Museum or check out local sights.
In the evening, return to the resort and enjoy fun activities there. Sip tea with cookies and later have a delicious dinner. Spend the night in a cozy wildlife resort.
Day 2: Jungle Safari in Two Zones
Wake up early on day two for an exciting Jeep Safari with expert guides. Start your day with tea or coffee and get ready for a wildlife adventure.
As you drive through the deep jungle, you might spot the Royal Bengal Tiger! Keep your camera ready to capture tigers and other animals.
Dudhwa is a famous park in India where you can see thrilling animal moments. After the safari, return to the resort for breakfast. After lunch, head to Kishanpur Wildlife Sanctuary for another Jeep Safari.
Enjoy the magic of the place, have dinner, and stay overnight at the resort.
Day 3: Jungle Jeep Safari Fun
On the third day, wake up early for another Jeep Safari in Kishanpur Wildlife Sanctuary. Capture pictures of wildlife and animals, and you might even see a tiger!
After the safari, return to the resort for breakfast. After lunch, enjoy another Jeep Safari in Dudhwa. Take photos of the beautiful jungle and animals. Come back to the resort, have dinner, and stay overnight in comfort.
Day 4: Departure from Dudhwa National Park
On your last day, you can choose a morning safari or relax in your room. After breakfast, check out from the resort and head to your next destination. Your 3 nights and 4 days Dudhwa adventure ends here.

Welcome drink on arrival (non-alcoholic)
Room for 3 nights and 4 days, shared with another person
Fixed menu with 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners

Bonfire with soft music (only in winter)
Four Jungle Jeep Safaris in Dudhwa, Sathiyana, and Kishanpur zones
Nature walk and sightseeing with an expert guide (extra payment needed)
Elephant ride (extra payment needed)
Exclusions
Airfare, train fare, transport, and sightseeing costs
Personal items like soft drinks, hard drinks, laundry, camera fees, and tips
Any medical or emergency charges

Terms & Conditions
Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Please enter the correct age of passengers during booking. Wrong ages may lead to penalties.
If the mentioned hotel is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar hotel.
For 3 people, one room with an extra mattress will be provided.
Changes in government taxes, hotel charges, or safari fees will be shared by mail or phone before your trip.
We are not responsible for accidents, lost items, or damaged luggage.
We can change the itinerary or safaris if needed due to operational or other issues.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
Cancel 30 days before: 10% of tour cost.
Cancel 15-29 days before: 30% of tour cost.
Cancel 7-14 days before: 40% of tour cost.
Cancel 2-6 days before: 50% of tour cost.
Cancel less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
Jeep and Canter Safari fees are non-refundable.
For 3 people, one room with an extra mattress will be provided.
Changes in taxes or charges will be informed before your trip.
If your safari isn’t booked due to technical issues or no seats, we’ll refund the full amount to your bank account.
During peak seasons (weekends, Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), a different cancellation policy may apply.
Our Liabilities and Limitations
If permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges increase after booking, extra charges may apply.
For force majeure events (strikes, fairs, weather, traffic, hotel overbooking, or entry restrictions), we’ll try to adjust, but no refunds or claims will be honored.
Any disputes will be handled under the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Payment Policy
Pay with Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Direct Deposit.
Use only company accounts for payment.
Pay 70% in advance to confirm your booking, with the rest 30% on arrival.
Pay 100% upfront for a discount.
