Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Dudhwa National Park
Your trip begins when you arrive at your pre-booked hotel or resort. Enjoy a welcome drink, rest a bit, and have lunch. After lunch, explore the Dudhwa Museum or local sights on your own. In the evening, return to the resort and have fun with the recreational activities. Sip tea with cookies, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight in the wildlife resort.
Day 2: Jungle Safari in Two Zones
Start day two with an early morning Jeep Safari guided by experts. Begin with tea or coffee and get excited for a wildlife adventure. You might see the Royal Bengal Tiger as you drive through the jungle. Keep your camera ready to snap pictures of tigers and other animals.
Dudhwa is a top park in India for wildlife sightings. After the safari, return for breakfast. After lunch, head to Kishanpur Wildlife Sanctuary for another Jeep Safari. Enjoy the magic, have dinner, and stay overnight at the resort.
Day 3: Jungle Jeep Safari & Boat Ride in Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary
On day three, wake up early and visit Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy a boat ride on the Ghagra River, then take an evening Jeep Safari. Capture photos of wildlife, including tigers, leopards, crocodiles, and Gangetic dolphins. After the safari, return to Dudhwa National Park resort, have dinner, and stay overnight.
Day 4: Departure from Dudhwa National Park
On day four, choose a morning safari or relax in your room. After breakfast, check out from the resort and head to your next destination. Your 3-night, 4-day Dudhwa adventure ends here.

Welcome drink on arrival (non-alcoholic)
Room for 3 nights and 4 days, shared with one person
Fixed menu with 3 breakfasts only
Fun activities in the resort area
Bonfire with soft music (only in winter)
Jungle Jeep Safari in Dudhwa, Sathiyana, and Kishanpur zones
One-hour boat ride
Nature walk and sightseeing with an expert guide (extra payment needed)
Exclusions
Airfare, train fare, transport, and sightseeing costs
Personal items like soft drinks, hard drinks, laundry, camera fees, and tips
Any medical or emergency charges
GST and payment gateway charges
Terms & Conditions
Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Enter the correct age of passengers during booking. Wrong ages may lead to penalties.
If the hotel is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar one.
For 3 people, one room with an extra mattress will be provided.
Changes in government taxes, hotel charges, or safari fees will be shared by mail or phone before your trip.
We are not responsible for accidents, lost items, or damaged luggage.
We can change the itinerary or safaris if needed due to operational or other issues.
Policy Regarding Cancellation
Cancel 30 days before: 10% of tour cost.
Cancel 15-29 days before: 30% of tour cost.
Cancel 7-14 days before: 40% of tour cost.
Cancel 2-6 days before: 50% of tour cost.
Cancel less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
Jeep and Canter Safari fees are non-refundable.
For 3 people, one room with an extra mattress will be provided.
Changes in taxes or charges will be informed before your trip.
If your safari isn’t booked due to technical issues or no seats, we’ll refund the full amount to your bank account.
During peak seasons (weekends, Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), a different cancellation policy may apply.
Our Liabilities and Limitations
If permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges increase after booking, extra charges may apply.
For force majeure events (strikes, fairs, weather, traffic, hotel overbooking, or entry restrictions), we’ll try to adjust, but no refunds or claims will be honored.
Any disputes will be handled under the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Payment Policy
Pay with Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Direct Deposit.
Use only company accounts for payment.
Pay 70% in advance to confirm your booking, with the rest 30% on arrival.
Pay 100% upfront for a discount.
Include all taxes, surcharges, and fees.
